Policies
- Arrival time
- Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
- Cancellation Policy
- We kindly ask for 24 hrs notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- No Show Policy
- Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments will be billed 100% of the original appointment fee.
- Unpaid Invoices
- Payment for the cancelled or missed appointment must be received before the next treatment is received.
- Scheduled end time
- If you are late for the scheduled appointment time your session will not run longer. Your treatment will end at the original time scheduled and you will be billed for the original appointment time scheduled.
